Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before making any purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Digital Products & Instant Delivery

All products sold on this store are digital goods (including but not limited to: license keys, activation codes, account credentials, and similar digital items). Upon successful payment, your product is delivered instantly and automatically.

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense, all sales are final.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment.
  • Once a key, code, or credential has been delivered to you, the transaction is complete and irreversible.
  • You will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your payment provider on the basis of dissatisfaction, changed mind, accidental purchase, or any reason other than verified non-delivery caused solely by us (see Section 3).
  • Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent ban from this store.

We strongly encourage you to review product listings carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product, contact us via our Discord before buying.

3. Replacements — Strictly Limited

We will issue a replacement only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The fault is entirely ours. The key or code was provably invalid, already used prior to delivery, or never delivered, due to an error on our end — not as a result of any action, inaction, or error on the buyer's part.
  2. You report the issue within 24 hours of the recorded delivery timestamp.
  3. You provide sufficient proof, including a clear screenshot or recording showing the exact error message received when attempting to use the product, taken immediately after delivery.
  4. The product has not been partially used, shared, or exposed to any third party.

Replacements will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:

  • You entered the key or code incorrectly or into the wrong platform/region.
  • The product was purchased for the wrong game, platform, edition, or region.
  • You already own the product and it cannot be redeemed again.
  • The key was valid at time of delivery but you delayed redemption and it expired or was claimed by a third party.
  • You shared your key with another person who redeemed it before you.
  • The platform or service you are redeeming on is experiencing outages or errors outside our control.
  • You claim the product "doesn't work" without providing the required proof outlined above.
  • The request is submitted more than 24 hours after the delivery timestamp.

We reserve the right to deny any replacement request that does not clearly and fully satisfy all conditions in this section.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable period for resolution (minimum 48 hours) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban your account and associated identifiers from our store.
  • Report the incident to relevant fraud prevention services.
  • Pursue recovery of funds through available legal or platform mechanisms.

Legitimate non-delivery concerns should always be raised with us directly first.

5. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all product listings are accurate. However:

  • It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is compatible with your platform, region, and account before purchasing.
  • We are not responsible for incompatibility arising from buyer error or oversight.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed; in the rare event that a product is unavailable after payment, we will offer a replacement of equal or greater value or, at our sole discretion, a store credit.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Purchase products for the purpose of reselling without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to exploit pricing errors or technical bugs.
  • Use purchased keys for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted.
  • Circumvent region restrictions on keys you have purchased.

Violations may result in account termination without remedy.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific transaction.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of access to games, accounts, or services.
  • We are not responsible for platform-side issues, including game publisher bans, account bans, or platform outages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
