No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All products sold on this store are digital goods (keys, codes, and credentials) that are delivered instantly and automatically upon payment. Because the product is in your possession the moment the transaction completes, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.

This applies regardless of:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchase
• Failure to read the product description before buying
• Purchasing the wrong region, platform, or edition
• The product being incompatible with your account or platform setup
• Delayed redemption on your part

Replacements

We do not offer refunds, but we will issue a free replacement if, and only if, all of the following are true:

1. The key or code was provably invalid or already redeemed before it was delivered to you — meaning the fault is entirely ours.
2. You contact us within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
3. You provide clear evidence — a screenshot or screen recording showing the exact error received when attempting to redeem, taken immediately after delivery.
4. The key has not been shared with or exposed to any third party.

We will not issue a replacement if the key was valid at the time of delivery and any issue arose afterwards due to buyer error or delay.

Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. Please reach out via Discord first — we respond quickly and resolve genuine issues fairly.
