Instant. Your key is delivered automatically the moment your payment confirms — usually within a minute. It's sent to your email and also shown on your invoice page. Orders paid with Robux or crypto are confirmed automatically as soon as the payment lands; no waiting for a human.

After checkout you'll get an email containing your key (or account) together with a link to your invoice — keep that link, it's your proof of purchase. Bought through FunPay? Your key is sent directly to you in the FunPay order chat, usually within a minute of payment.

Open a ticket in our Discord server with your key and invoice ID. After a quick verification we'll replace it — broken or already-used keys are always replaced free of charge.

Because keys are digital goods that can't be "returned", all sales are final once a key has been delivered — see our Refund Policy for the details. That said: if a key is invalid, already used, or the product doesn't work at all, we'll replace it or make it right. Just open a ticket.

Some products show a blue "Pay with FunPay" button. It takes you to our official FunPay lot, where you can pay with cards and 150+ local methods. After you pay, your key is delivered automatically in the FunPay order chat within a minute. Don't forget to confirm the order afterwards. Any issue — message us right there in the chat.

Accounts are delivered in username:password format. 1. Go to https://roblox.com and log in with the provided details 2. Enjoy :) Tip: change the password right after logging in so the account stays yours.
